Centered on youth voice and peer-to-peer connection, the film amplifies the perspectives of young people who are breaking the stigma, building empathy, and inspiring people to take action for mental wellness.

Be A Man addresses the unique challenges men face in caring for their mental health. The film explores how societal pressures and rigid gender expectations can make it difficult to express emotions and seek support. Through honest storytelling, it encourages men to embrace vulnerability, prioritize emotional well-being, and build supportive connections.
